The first PPP housing project in the Sultanate, coming up in Barka will have around 1050 housing units, commercial complexes, mosque and a large area for recreational activities. Adrak Developers LLC, a consortium company lead by Al Adrak Trading & Contracting LLC has been selected by the Supreme Council for Planning and the Ministry of Housing, to develop this pilot project. Master Plan is from MTDI (Former Bose International Architects, Poland) and local consultants will be Insight Engineering Consultants, Muscat.

Ras al Hamara project-2018 – phase 2C- 80 villa

Horizons Rapidwall system is glad to be part of the prestigious PDO- RAS AL HAMRA project. NJP Oman is design consultants and Oman Shapoorji Construction Co. (OSCO) is carrying out Phase 2c constructionwith Rapidwall as a load bearing system. Construction activities started in Decem-2018.
